The assignment included scope definition, specialist-service procurement, supplier mobilisation, coordination of technical inspection, functional testing and commissioning, operator training and assessment arrangements, maintenance familiarisation, customised operating documentation and project handover. The programme concluded with the equipment commissioned and deployed into service, designated SAHCO operators certified in accordance with IATA AHM 1110 RMP 14m standards, and the operational introduction completed.

The mandate includes market-demand research, feasibility and economic-viability assessment, aircraft-type analysis, route-network development, wet-lease enquiries and preparation for regulatory approval and Air Operator Certificate requirements. The project remains in development and any proposed launch remains subject to completion of the required commercial, regulatory and operational work.

Development work has included the commercial concept, operating model, proposed project and joint-venture structures, potential technical and strategic partner identification, aviation-industry engagement and investment preparation. The venture remains at the development stage. Proposed structures, participation and funding arrangements remain subject to separate agreements and implementation decisions.
